The bedroom is a really good size and easily fits a double bed and loads of furniture in. I currently have a big desk, flooded with light which for me is a perfect painting spot.

Being Top floor means no noise from above and we rarely hear neighbors, but everyone in the building is super friendly and willing to lend a hand if needed.
There is an open plan kitchen and living room, also with big windows, making it a really lovely sunny spot to chill in.
The balcony is huge and has the most amazing green views in the East London 🤩 honestly feels like you’re in the countryside. In the summer this is a great bbq or sunbathing spot.
The flat can be accessed by a lift and also stairs. There’s both indoor bike storage and a gated car park.
Bills are currently £105 per month
Great running loops along the canal, around the parks, kayaking, paddle boarding, ice skating and horse riding clubs all nearby if your into those!
The room is available firstly until the end of May then there will be an opportunity to begin a new contract. Terms TBC
