This spacious room has a gorgeous wooden floor, original fireplace, big bay windows and a walk-in wardrobe that leads through into a nearly renovated en-suite with shower. It's filled with tons of light and space with plenty of storage and is completely self-contained, almost a flat within a house.

The Victorian house is a beautiful three story building with a huge open plan kitchen/conservatory, a stunning marble breakfast island and parquet flooring. The floor-to-ceiling windows open up entirely onto a large, lovely garden that gets sun most of the day, especially in the afternoon, and we have a BBQ that we fire up every summer. Additionally, there is a big basement for storage, a cloak room, washing machine, tumble dryer and two additional communal toilets.

We’re five minutes walk from Chatsworth Road and 10 minutes from Hackney Central/Downs.

The four other housemates have all known each other for a long while, having lived together on and off together for the past decade. We all work in various industries from film/TV to therapy to communications. It's a clean, social but chilled house, where we often share meals together and hang out in the evening to watch films on our projector, but everyone also has their own space and freedom to do their own thing.

Move in date from mid-June (exact date TBC nearer the time).
