Hey all!

We're looking to fill a one bedroom in our beautiful 5-bed Clapton house, with a spacious garden! We plan to have viewings this weekend (29-Mar) and early this week (monday to wednesday) because the lease is starting in the first week of April.

It’s a 5 bedroom house with a living room and a kitchen/dining area, two bathrooms and a garden. The house is near the river Lea, lots of nice cafes and very close to Clapton overground. It’s a 5-10 min bike ride to Hackney Central/London Fields/Dalston etc.

Room Details:
- Spacious and sunny with a window that lets in plenty of natural light
-Unfurnished, giving you the blank canvas to set up your ideal space.

About Us:
We're a great mix of individuals (professionals aged 30-35) who work in a range of fields (health policy/data security/international public law/art production).

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is respectful, clean, and contributes to the house.
- Enjoys being part of a community and is looking for a place to call home.

There's one double room available, (£960) plus bills, which are usually around 100 in summer and 150 in winter.
