Double room in Clapton available for 4 weeks

Im subletting my room while I’m in Columbia. You will be living with my two incredible flat mates (friends from uni) who are super chilled, clean and friendly. I’ve got a chest of drawers and clothes horse you can use for storage. We have a great WFH set up, with a desk in my room and that you can use or the kitchen table in the kitchen/living room area. We also have a beautiful roof terrace that is v private. You would be sharing all the communal spaces with my flat mates, including shower, toilet, kitchen/living room and roof terrace.
The house is in between Clapton and Stoke Newington, really near Springfield park and Walthamstow marshes which is is really nice for walks/runs. We’re also a 10 min walk from the Crooked Billet (great pub)!

The nearest stations are Clapton or Rectory Road, both on the overground, which you can take to Liverpool Street and get on the tube. You can also get the 106 bus to Finsbury Park tube station in 20 mins and reach the Victoria and Piccadilly lines into central.

You will be living with Imogen, who’s 24, studied Maths at Bristol uni, and loves cooking (vegan) food and going out. She works from home most days as a data analyst. And Louis who is also 24 and studied Biology at uni. He loves a chill night in and going for walks. He’s currently on the look out for software engineer roles!
