May Sublet - Double room with en suite & balcony

Hello there! I am subletting my gorgeous double room in May for a month whilst I'm travelling abroad with work, and I'd love to find someone looking for a temporary home (or transitioning between homes) in this quiet sunny lovely flat. I will be away from May 2 to May 30th - but am flexible on these dates by a few days!

A little bit about the room: it's the largest in the flat and truly wonderful. Plenty of space, a private balcony and an en suite which includes a shower. It truly feels like your own flat. I'll be leaving most of my stuff in, but can make plenty of room for you. There's a desk area as well which is perfect if you need to work from home.

I live in a large 3x bedroom flat split over 2x floors, sharing with 2x female professionals in their early 30s. They're incredibly chill and have extremely busy lives so you'll have plenty of space at home to yourself, but also get to enjoy their company. The flat has 2x balconies and 3x bathrooms, as well as a large living area and kitchen fitted with new appliances.

The flat is in the heart of Clapton, east london, right by the canal and the princess of wales pub. It's a 5 min walk from the hackney marshes, and a 10 min walk to clapton overground station, which will take you to liverpool street in 15 mins. We're head over heels in love with the area, as it's nested in the heart of greenery and parks, but also very close to central and close to a lot of cute shops/cafes/bars in east ldn.

The rent is inclusive of all bills and a cleaner that will come twice in may to clean the communcal spaces and your bathroom.
