Hello there! We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely sunny south-facing flat. You'll share a bathroom with Rory (Abby has her own en suite) The flats got an open plan set up with a kitchen, living and dining space and a large private roof terrace (the sunrises and sunsets are pretty special here) with wild garden and private underground bike storage. The bedroom is unfurnished - perfect for putting your own stamp on it. The rest of the place is fully furnished and has all the essentials plus some extras eg coffee machine, air fryer etc.

You would be living with Abby & Rory, both 36. Abby works in live music marketing and Rory is a creative producer in media. We’re usually in the office but sometimes work from home. We are both very much into our music, love going to gigs, cooking nice meals with a bottle of wine or 2 and the usual stuff travelling, walks, pub gardens, galleries etc.

We’re on the lookout for a like-minded, tidy and considerate housemate (in their 30s) This is not a party flat but we do like to enjoy ourselves every now and then and would love someone who would end up becoming a friend and join us for meals together and trips to our local The Crooked Billet. We occasionally dog sit for friends so a dog lover would be preferred also.
