Subletting room in Stoke Newington June - end Aug!

Hey there,

I am subletting my beautiful room in Stoke Newington for the summer (2-3 months), starting early/mid-June (can be flexible with the move-in date) until mid/end August.

The room is a large upstairs double and comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers, desk, and built-in wardrobe. It has gorgeous high ceilings, wooden floor, and overlooks the garden.

Our house is a large, spacious, and full of character three-story house with a large kitchen/dining room (featuring a kitchen island and a dishwasher), a communal lounge (with a projector), a shower room plus 2 toilets, a garden, and a roof terrace—perfect for evening sunsets or daytime sunbathing :)

You will be sharing with 5 other flatmates—4 boys and 1 girl, all between 25-32 years old. It’s a sociable household, and we love doing things together such as watching movies, cooking roasts, or going to the pub, but we also respect each other’s private space.

The house is very well connected, with 3 overground stations within a 10-minute walk and major bus routes. It’s a 10-minute walk from Church Street and close to Clissold, Abney, Millfields and Springfield Parks, and the Marshes so lots of gorgeous green spaces around.

Rent is £835 + Council Tax (£32 per month) + bills
