Big Double in Clapton House

Hello!

I’m subletting my room Saturday 16th May - Monday 29th June.

The Room:
A lovely large double on the first floor with bay window. It's furnished with a double bed, desk, reading chair, chest of drawers, clothes rail and shelving - so plenty of room to store your things.

The House:
Large living room, dining room, kitchen (with 2 sinks and 2 ovens), upstairs bathroom* (inc bathtub), downstairs bathroom.
*This would be your main bathroom, and you'd only be sharing it with one other person (female).

Garden:
There is a cute paved back garden with table and chairs and also access to a double garage at the rear of the garden for storage purposes.

Housemates:
1 girl, 2 guys - all in our early/mid 30s. Everyone works Mon-Fri, 9-5 a mix of remote and in office. They're a super lovely, friendly bunch. We each do our own thing though, so whether you'd like to join in or keep to yourself, you'll always feel at home.

Looking for a female tenant to keep the balance.
