Friendly Spacious Bedroom/House w Garden

Medium room sized unfurnished room (options for it to be furnished) in a friendly shared house in a buzzing part of Clapton within Hackney, Dalston and Stoke Newington, great range of pubs, restaurants, bars and Sunday markets. The street is pretty quiet and peaceful yet close to all amenities within 15 minute walk to Clapton Station, the house is surrounded by parks and canals so lots of nature. Our neighbours are great and we have a house (rather than a flat) for the four of us with a big garden so plenty of space. It takes 20 mins to get from Clapton to Dalston, 30 minutes to Stoke Newington & Finsbury Park and walkable distance to anything in Hackney. There is also plenty of buses which can get you all around London and within our doorstep. Our current housemate is moving out as he is going moving in with he’s Girlfriend closer to work therefore looking for a replacement for 11th of May.

You’ll be sharing with 1 guy and girl and someone else who we are yet to find (another room is available). Were both friendly, kind and respectful housemates who both work in sustainability. We are in our late twenties enjoy being social, cooking, gigs, painting, photography, books, festivals, exhibitions, watching movies and being out and about in London. The room is a great size with a double bed, desk and lots of natural light. There's access to a large living room (very cosy place to unwind after work) a spacious kitchen with a fold out table for hosting if you want to invite friends for dinner, plus a garden which is perfect for summer to have breakfast, lunch, dinner and BBQs. This is our third summer in the house so looking forward to enjoying this and have a few parties when the sun is out.

We are looking for a chilled out but fun housemate who is clean and considerate of others (guy or girl). We want someone who is friendly, up for a laugh, social, and keen to join us in some activities but also has a good network in London since we have been here for a few years and have a big group of mates.
