The flat is in a superb location to connect to the city. Bus stops all directions (1/2 min walk) and Clapton Overground (6/7 walk) to Liverpool Street.

The flat is extremely clean, airy and has amazing light. There is a massive balcony overlooking the River Lea and Park.

The bedroom is fully furnished with large storage space and has fantastic views.

There is a local Co-op supermarket (2 min walk), lovely river side pub (3 mins) and a variety of cafes, shops, restaurants and a cinema on Chatsworth Road (5 min walk).

The flat is on the gateway to the Hackney Marshes with a large variety of amazing nature walks and green space.

A little about me… I work as a Personal Trainer. I’m very respectful and clean and enjoy a chat or likewise am very mindful to give others space.

I absolutely love living in Hackney and London in general. I enjoy attending live music, the theatre, galleries, cafes, restaurants, museums and markets.

I’m ideally looking for a WFO professional to share the flat/ apartment. However an individual with a hybrid 1/2 day WFH schedule would be no probs.
