Feb-March Sublet in Clapton

Subletting my beautiful cosy room from 9th Feb to March 5th in Clapton (2 min walk to Clapton Overground, 5 mins to Blok, Cafes, the canal and walking distance to Stoke Newington and Hackney Central)

You’ll be living with 3 girls (22-27) who are creative, enjoy gardening, cooking, thrifting and going to exhibitions. Mix of work from home and full time professions. Everyone is super respectful and chilled. I’m in my 30s and the tone of the house is suitable for anyone early twenties to early thirties.

We are looking for a woman/non-binary person in their twenties/ early thirties for a nice match. This listing isn’t open to Men- sorry!

The house features two bathrooms, a big garden, kitchen/sofa area, wooden flooring, outdoor compost, lots of storage, a washing machine, (no dishwasher).

The bedroom features a desk in-front of bay windows, double bed with Emma mattress, clothing rail, plants, yoga mat.

Im flexible with the dates so if the listed dates don’t fit exactly, feel free to message me anyway.

The price is £800 for the entire period which includes bills or 275 per week if you do not stay for the entire period. Feel free to message with your budget if you’re interested.
