Double Room Sublet Available, Upper Clapton

Double room available in Upper Clapton for the next 3/4 months. Current occupant traveling for work over winter season.

Current occupants mainly work in hospitality and construction but also remain linked to the music space between venues and radio shows, so music and DJing are heavily shared interests in the household.

4 guys between 31 - 45yrs. No real preference on incoming flat mate so long as they are polite and take care to keep the place clean and tidy.

No shared living room but we often find ourselves meeting in the kitchen around the table for chats and occasionally hang out together in each others rooms too.

Rent price includes bills minus electricity which we pay by meter. There is a system to keep track of who pays what but mostly we let each other know if we think we’ve paid more than others in a week. If you make sure to stick on a tenner every week or so everyone will be grand.

Current period is for minimum of 3 months but this could extend to a permanent move afterwards depending. (Additional £150 deposit would then need to be paid for a permit any move).
