Hi potential flatmates!
A big, bright double room is available from the 1st of February in 6 bed house with a garden. The room is being renovated at the moment and will be ready to move into soon. There's a built in shelves and a mattress but other than that it's unfinished, so you can make it your own.
Currently there's 5 of us in the house (4 females, 1 male), plus a fluffy cat :) We all have our own busy lives, but like to have a meal or a drink together sometimes, when time allows. We're definitely not a party house though.
We are looking for a tidy and respectful professional, who doesn't mind a little ball of fur running around the house, and who will treat the house as a home.
The price per month is £855 (plus bills) and the deposit is one month rent.
