Excited to share that a bright and cosy room has just become available in Lower Clapton.
You'll love the area — it's the perfect place to feel the vibrant Hackney vibes while staying in a calm, peaceful spot. The house is just a minute walk from Millsfield Park and the
expansive Hackney Marshes. Chatsworth Road is just around the corner, with many charming cafes, small restaurants, and its Sunday street food market. The area has a very relaxing atmosphere, whilst being very close to trendy places. Hackney Downs and Hackney Central are literally a 15-minute walk away, you can even take the 242, which has a bus stop just 50 metres from the house, and be there in no time.
The area is pretty well served by the London bus transportation. You'll have the 55, 308, and many other buses within an 8-minute walk. The closest overground links are in Hackney Downs, Hackney Central and Upper Clapton.

The flatmates are incredibly easygoing and friendly. I'm genuinely sad to be leaving them.
Everyone is busy with their own lives but we like to have a little catch-up in the evening or
over the weekends. They each other respect their own personal spaces whilst still enjoying the house.

The room is spacious, with two large windows. It faces south-east, so you'll receive plenty of light and enjoy the sun getting in on clear days.
It comes with a king-sized bed with a very comfortable mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The house has a recently renovated kitchen, a living room, and a beautiful well-kept garden with many flowers in the warm season. I love having lunch outdoorS in springtime. You'll share the bathroom with two other people.

The rent is £952 per month, and the bills are £100. The deposit should cover five weeks of rent.
