3 Week Sublet Between Clapton & Stoke Newington

Hi guys! I'm off to Guatemala for 3 weeks and looking for somebody to take over my room whilst I'm gone.

Housemates: You'd be living with 5 other housemates (two couples from Australia, and one British guy so 3M + 2F). Everyone is lovely, works a mix of from home and from the office, everyone is super active but loves going to the pub, and enjoy all the nice things in London.

The house: the house is HUGE. We're technically on 5 levels (but probably more realistically on 2 & 1/2 levels). The house has a big kitchen which opens up on the garden, a big dining room and a big sitting room (3 couches so that's a lot of people who can sit haha). There are two bathrooms (one shower, one bath) and an additional WC.

The room: The room is spacious, on the top floor and facing the garden so the quiet side. There's a desk with a monitor if you need to work from home, and even a guitar if you fancy practicing!

Location: we're based between Rectory Road and Clapton on the overground, 10mn walk from the canal, 5mn from Stoke Newington, 15mn from Hackney Central. It's such a great location with lots of cafes, charity shops and cool events only a short walk away.
