We’re looking for a friendly, considerate person to take a room in our flat. The room is available now. One housemate will be moving out at the end of April and will be replaced by a friend of ours, so the long-term setup will be you + Bren + Sean.

Sean, early 30s, from Ireland, moving in at the end of April. Works in sales, big into music and going to gigs. Knows Bren from back home. Social and easy-going.
