Sunny Clapton Sharehouse

We are looking for someone to join our lovely and relaxed flat in Clapton. Ideally someone LGBTQ+ friendly.

The House
The room is a good sized double with a big sash window, comes furnished with a chest of drawers and bed.

3 bedroom place with a gorgeous sunny shared kitchen/living area. Dishwasher/espresso machine/washer+dryer, new appliances. You will be sharing a bathroom (with a bath!) with one other person. The apartment is the penthouse, with x3 flights of stairs for access.

Location
6 minutes walk to Clapton station
9 minutes walk to Rectory road
Gym, 24 hour off license and pubs all in close proximity

The housemates
You will be sharing with Ethan, Sean and Tom.

Ethan works for an architecture firm in the office 4 days a week. Sean is a freelance director and marketing manager who works hybrid and is usually out watching shows. Tom is a full time emergency nurse working shift work. We are all pretty busy people so enjoy coming home to a relaxed space.

Rent is 750 plus bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi)

We also have a bike hangar space that you can pay for if needed (£80 a year)
