Double Room in Lovely Clapton Home

Hi, we're looking for a new flatmate for our 4 bedroom house in Clapton, Hackney.

The house has a nice garden, living room, utility room, kitchen and small spare room (used as a home office), as well as the four bedrooms. It's on a quiet residential street with Clapton Overground Station, many good bus routes, nice pub and park/canal all 2 mins away. It's a great location!

You'll be sharing with Kinga, Tadhg and Harriet - we work a mix of full time in office/hybrid in a mixture of graphic design, advertising and education. We all get on well, hang out together and socialise a bit, but everyone also does their own thing.

The room is only open to guys as we want to keep the house balanced. We’re looking for someone friendly, relaxed and respectful who'll be an easy housemate and clean. It's not a party house (besides when we have our own BBQ, or some friends over).

The room is a double room downstairs with a view of the back and down the garden. It comes unfurnished.

The move date would be 23rd April, and the deposit is one month's rent.
