Cozy double room in Clapton

Hi everyone,

We are looking for someone to join us in renewing our contract in our flat from 9th April 2026

The room itself is cosy double room with plenty of sunlight in the morning and a great view out onto the marshes.

The flat is situated on the top floor and has an amazing balcony that spans the 2 outside edges. There’s also a big communal roof terrace with views of the city.
The apartment is lovely, airy and modern with a large living room/kitchen area. It’s in a quiet location - right next to the river Lea, Hackney marshes and Millfields park. It’s less than 10 min walk to Clapton overground station.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Abbie 30 who works in production and myself, Jess 30 who is a knitwear designer.

The house is very calm, clean and respectful and would love someone who is on the same wave length.
We both have lots going on in our own lives but love to make time to hang out and cook/watch movies when possible.

Rent - £810
Bills - Currently £105 including a cleaner every 2 weeks for communal areas.

Note - the contract starts on the 9th April but there is a possibility to move in earlier.
