Bright and spacious room by Hackney Downs

We're looking for a new flatmate to take over a lovely room in our 4-bedroom flat, located right next to Hackney Downs Park.

The room is bright and gets loads of afternoon sunshine. It has wood flooring and comes fully furnished. The flat was recently renovated and features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and social area, plus a shared bathroom.

I’ve been living in the flat for the past year but recently Sophie and Ash have joined the flat so you’d be joining a quite new flatshare. While our schedules vary, we enjoy sharing the occasional dinner/drink when we're all around, so we’re hoping to find someone sociable and easygoing to join the house.

We’re a 10-minute walk from both Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations, and there’s a 56 bus stop right outside the flat that goes straight to Angel. There are loads of great shops, pubs, cafes, and independent delis within walking distance too.

Ideal move in date is April 10 but can potentially be flexible. Rent is £930 per month, and bills come to just under £100. We’re in council tax band D.
