The house has a huge open plan living room, large kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, double door fridge freezer and water dispenser), 2 bathrooms, WC, big loft storage and a gorgeous garden. The two rooms are on the same floor and share a bathroom.

We’re a friendly, busy household — two women — and they’re looking for two young professionals (28+) to replace us. It’s an LGBTQIA+ friendly house and a cleaning rota is kept and take hygiene seriously. It’s not a party house but do love a BBQ, dinner together and the occasional birthday celebration! 🎉

What’s included:
* £850/month per room, bills excluded
Energy bills approx £100-£150/month (eco friendly!)
* 5 weeks deposit

Requirements:
1. Must be in full time or permanent employment
2. Employment and landlord references required to proceed. Please have these ready.
3. Quick turnaround needed — ideally finalised by end of this week
