Room next to Hackney Downs Park

Room in our flat becoming available at the beginning of May, as our friend Zoe is moving out to go travelling. Matt (29) & Hanna (29) will be staying. The available room shares a bathroom with Matt only. Both working professionals - Hanna is in the office Monday - Friday (fashion industry) and Matt is a chef, so shifts vary. Looking for someone who has similar schedule and ideally not WFH all the time.

The flat is a super clean and tidy flat, with a lovely balcony. Located right on Hackney downs park, with good transport links from rectory road (5 mins walk), hackney downs (10 min walk) Dalston junction and Kingsland (10 mins walk). We have great amenities within our building (gym, boxing gym, coffee shop, shop, hairdressers and more)

We are looking for someone easy going and tidy to take this room. The flat is very close to a railway line, it doesn’t bother us and we never hear it now, but just a heads up!

Also, comes with a communal swimming pool mar-sept. Concierge and 24 hour security.

Bills come to around £150 per month
Room is unfurnished although Zoe is willing to sell her bed etc, if of interest. Sofa will also stay in the living room.
