We’re looking for someone to join our house in Clapton as I’m moving in with my partner. I’ve lived here for 2 years; it’s an amazing house and I’m going to be sad to move out.

The property is a huge terraced house with 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a large separate living room and a gorgeous back garden which is a perfect sun trap.

The room is located on the first floor, with a lovely big window that looks out onto the street. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa and an armchair.

The house is very well connected, 2 minutes away from Clapton station and with loads of bus routes available of Upper Clapton Road. The park and canal is less than 5 minutes walk away and there’s lots of pubs, restaurants and shops nearby too.

The current housemates are aged 26-30 and work in media, fashion and social care. We’re a sociable house and would love someone that fits that vibe. LGBTQIA+ friendly house.
