There's a corner store right outside and a Lidl one minute away, so shopping is easy. There's also a brand new gym on the second floor of the Lidl building.

The flat is tucked in a quiet alley but step outside and there are 6 bus stops right there. 15 mins to Dalston, 15 to Seven Sisters, 20 to Hackney Central, 25 to Liverpool Street.

Clapton Common and Springfield Park are both close by. Springfield is massive and never too busy, perfect for jogging. It was honestly my favourite thing about living here. Look it up on Google.

The bedroom and living area are separate, which is rare for a studio, great if you need a proper work space. Toilet and bathroom are separate too. Bedroom has a blackout blind so you get good light but can control it.

Good distance from neighbouring flats, so I've never had a noise complaint even working on music late at night. Very private.

Deposit is £675 (half a month's rent). Returned in full on the last day as long as there's no damage. I'm not fussy.

Minimum 2 months, max 6. Move-in date flexible.
