Large basement room Monday to Friday in Clapton

The room is in the basement of a beautiful Victorian house in Hackney. It has its own entrance and ensuite bathroom. It is 6 minutes walk from Clapton Station with trains to Liverpool Street or to Walthamstow to connect with the Victoria line. There are several buses from the end of the road to connect you to Hackney Central, Manor House, Finsbury Park, as well as to central London.

The room has its own entrance from the outside and an ensuite bathroom. It is furnished and has a double sofa bed with an extra mattress on top. It also has a chest of drawers, a small clothes rail and access to a wardrobe outside the room in the utility room. You will also have access to a large kitchen, living room and garden. The room price includes bills.

I am a freelancer, working from home in the charity sector and a keen gardener, walker and traveller. I am friendly and happy to chat. My son who is a student is home during the holidays so there are more young people in the house in holiday periods.

Looking for someone who does not work from home and who is clean, tidy and respectful. Ideally you would be a vegetarian/pescatarian.
