Long term room in Clapton <3

We are three friends and a cutie cat moving to a new house in East London and are looking for someone to take up the fourth room!

The House

The house is in Clapton/Homerton, just off Chatsworth Road in a lovely gated mews. It’s a 10 minute walk to Homerton Overground and a 20 minute walk to Hackney Central. In a quiet street that has good access to shops, nice pubs and a lovely independent cinema. The house will be newly decorated and comes unfurnished. It has a very open plan kitchen and living space that opens onto a large patio garden. The are two bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. It’s a great opportunity to start a tenancy fresh, without all the hassle of house hunting! The room will be £ p/m ,it will come unfurnished, however the shared spaces we will have already furnished.

About Us

You would be living with three friendly 27 year old girls:

I’m Molly and have lived in London for most of my life, I work in Fashion but love to make/craft as much as I can outside of work! I’m friendly and love meeting new people, going to the cinema, walking, cooking veggie food and dancing with my friends :)

Polly is originally from Newcastle and has lived in London for around 9 years. She works as a Studio Assistant in Haggerston. She loves going to yoga, a trip to the pub and regular cinema visits.

Hannah has lived in London 9 years as well. She works as a nurse. She likes watching niche 80s horror movies, a good gossip, embroidery and a trip to the pub

We’re always up for a chat, but will always respect people’s space and social battery! We enjoy sitting together a few nights a week to have dinner and watch trashy TV or a film with our rescue cat Gracie. We would love someone who enjoys being around cats, even though she is absolutely no bother and a lovely girl! We are really looking forward to starting a new home environment, we love gardening, decorating and generally making a comforting space to come back to :) With this in mind we also are looking forward someone who respects the space they live in and is able to keep shared areas clean and tidy.
