Hey guys! I’m leaving a double room in a lovely upper Clapton flat to move in with my partner. Looking for someone to move in June 1st till Sept 13th.

Great location: 5 min walk from Clapton overground. Bus stop right outside the flat (254,253) and 106 round the corner.

£932/month plus bills
£450 deposit

- double room (fully furnished- wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers)

• open living room/dinning room

• 2 toilets, 1 bathroom

• huge garden! (Sun trap in summer)

You’d be living with Grace and Ro - 2 fabulous girls!!

From them: we do our own thing day to day, but also love hanging out and watching tv or going to our local pub the crooked billet on our days off. We work in hospitality so we both work a lot so when we’re home we like to relax and have chill days off.
