Join our huge, fun and creative space with a large central area and 4 a-joined bedrooms. There's a huge comfy sofa for watching movies on a 20ft projector, a well-fitted kitchen, and room for a central workspace.

We love sitting around the table together with a wine, but it's not a big party space. Occasional drinks, communal art seshes or afters on the weekend, but on the whole, it's a calm place to be. We hang out together quite often and would like someone who wants to get involved, but we also appreciate each other's privacy.

Room 1 (£1100) comes partially furnished, including bed, couch and clothes rail.

Price: Room 1: £1100 p/month including bills, £1100 deposit.
Room 2: £800 p/ month including bills, £800 deposit
Move in from 1st of may (room 1), 11th of may (room 2)

Current housemates you'll be sharing with are all between 30’s and early 40´s, creative, passionate, and lovely.
