Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate to share my 2-bed flat in Clapton.

It’s a second floor flat with a balcony and good sized living / dining room. I’ve just renovated the bathroom and kitchen.

I work in the office Monday - Friday so the flat is very much a place where I like to relax when I’m not working. Occasionally I have people over for dinner / drinks but it’s not a party house.

Looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful. Having a nice living environment is very important to me so looking for someone who feels the same :-)

I work for an art gallery so would be nice to live with a fellow creative, but not essential!

Would prefer someone who works in the office at least some of the time.

The room is available for 1 year until May 2027 with possibility of extension.

I love animals so well trained pets would be considered :-)
