Do you want to come and share my home with me and my dog, Darcy? (miniature dachshund) (I am a live in landlord)

I have a lovely bright, double room, measuring 12 6" x 9 6" for you to rent . Fully furnished with a wrought iron bed, super comfy (King size mattress) 2 x chest of drawers, bedside table, shelves a built in wardrobe and small desk (not in photo)
Looking for someone who works from home part time and would like the company of a little dog and is willing help a little with dog care, walks etc when I am at work or can’t take her. I also have a dog walker who shares the load.

A brand new renovated kitchen and bathroom, separate dining area, living room and a south facing balcony perfect for a morning coffee.

A bi-monthly cleaner who comes for 3hrs which is split between myself and the person renting (£45 each per month). Cleaning during non cleaner weeks we do ourselves,

I'm a freelance set decorator working in film/tv. My work varies hugely to wfh, at the film studios or even on location.
