Double Room with en suite

Hello I'm Emma. I'm 35 and work as a Television Producer and I am looking for the perfect flatmate for my lovely flat.

The room itself is a delightful sunny double with an ensuite bathroom with bath / shower. The flat is situated in one of the best locations in trendy Clapton. 5 mins walk from Chatsworth Road, with it's restaurants, cafes and the popular market every weekend. 10 mins walk to Clapton station, 10 mins train ride to Liverpool Street from there.

I'm currently not working because just over a year ago I caught a virus in Vietnam that's affected my cognitive ability. The virus is gone but I am still recovering. It's not something you would even notice when you meet me but it does mean that I go and see a specialist regularly and I have a carer who comes in to check up on me a couple of times a day. (if you work regular hours you'll never even see her - and she does the washing up!) All I want to do is get to back making TV programmes but it will take a bit of time. I am very active and run, go to yoga and socialise with my friends but I really want to find someone to live with who is not a party animal and understands that I am still in recovery.

The flat is within Paradise Park gated community right on the canal with the Princess of Wales pub a stone's throw away (you don't even need to cross the road!)

The bills are all inclusive - so Sky TV, broadband plus water, electricity etc. In 10 years living in London it's the nicest place i've ever lived - I just want to get the right tenant. If you are sociable but chilled and interesting yet caring then I really want you to come and share my lovely home with me!
