This room is in a flat in Upper Clapton, 2 mins' walk from Clapton Station, zone 2 and 12 mins from Liverpool Street Station on the Overground.

The room is bright and cheerful with antique wooden furniture, stained glass and a comfy double bed. There is masses of storage and a handy desk for studies/work if necessary. The images show the room furnished with books/pictures/bedding etc but these can obv be removed so you have space for your own stuff!

The flat has access to a south-facing garden - please see pics. There is space for an extra bike in the alley if necessary.

Availability is from 18th April for 3 months initially with the possibility of extending.

Down the road is the River Lea which is perfect for fresh air, walks and running/cycling with direct access to Hackney Wick/the Olympic Park/Springfield Park.

We would like to have as a flatmate someone who is relaxed & smiley, who’s keen on recycling and keeping things tidy, & likes a chat from time to time.

A deposit of £500 in advance as well as references will be required. Rent includes bills; wifi is available.
