I have a double room available immediately in my cosy two bedrooms flat in Lower Clapton. The flat is located in a quiet community on Prout Road which is at the tip of the serene Milfields Park.

The room comes unfurnished but can be furnished with a double bed. It has a walk-in closet and a large cabinet with multiple uses. It also has a large window which lets in lots of light and lots of fresh air ( you can smell the grass from the park!) and windowsill that can double as a bookshelf.

The flat is tiled throughout which helps to keep the flat cool in the summer and double glazed windows throughout the apartment that can trap the heat in the winter. Another great thing about the flat is that it lets in loads of natural light and can flood the flat with fresh air in minutes. The toilet and bathroom (with shower) are shared along with the humble kitchen that has plenty of storage space if you have your own cooking equipment but you're more than welcome to use mine!

The living room is also shared and connects to the balcony which overlooks the estate ( perfect for having breakfast, chilling with friends or just some me time!). I work nights and do a few jobs in the day so the living room is mostly free. Rent is £750pm including bills and Wifi is free!

There’s private parking if you drive and If you're a cyclist like me you can use the River Lea to get to Leyton, Walthamstow, Stratford and even more. Clapton station is an 8-minute walk away and can take you to Liverpool St or Walthamstow Central stations in under 15 minutes. There's also easy bus and train links to Central London.

You'll be living with a tenant who works mostly nights so the flat is free most evenings. But even in the day, I stay active with a number of activities and hobbies, so sometimes you'll have the flat all to yourself. But when I am around I'm fun, love to laugh, respectful, honest, friendly and trustworthy. I'm looking for a flatmate with the same qualities who's also responsible about rent and bills, communicative, respectful and most importantly clean :).

Clapton is a very trendy area, we'll known for its creative community, with lots of things to do, riverside pubs, restaurants, markets and events. The canal-side is awash with cyclists, large green perfect for long walks, pints by the river or travelling along the canal by boat. If you’re interested please get in touch, couples welcome.
