Double room in lovely home with garden and dog

A room will soon become available in our victorian house in Clapton. We are a group of friends who have been living here for a 3 years and a half now, with our lovely dog. Sadly our hosemate is leaving the country and we are looking for a lovely person to replace him.

The house is a bit rough around the edges but has got character and most importantly it is our home. It's fairly quiet and a perfect retreat after a long work day, while at the same time being located just 3 min off the vibrant Chatsworth Road.
We have a massive back garden with great potential. At the moment it's a work in progress as we're layering the soil and hopefully will be ready for planting soon. And if you love nature there's less than a 10 min walk to Hackney Marshes.

The room is a medium double, facing the garden. It comes with a bed and built in shelves. It is available from the 1st of June, with a few days flexibility if necessary. It is 600/month plus bills which vary from around 40/summer to about 85/winter.

Us: You'd be sharing with 3 of us, 2m and 1f, all good friends who have been living together for several years now. We are in our late 30s early 40s. We have the sweetest cockapoo girl, so if you've always wanted a dog but thought it would be hard to have one in London, here's your chance to live with this bundle of love and fluff. The boys work in hospitality as well as having their own music projects and I work part time with children and part time from home as a weaver and natural dyer. We're not a party house.

You: most of all we just want a nice normal person, who treats the place as a home. Ideally a girl to keep the balance, but not necessarily. A love for nature and vegetarian would be a bonus but again not necessary (you must like dogs though lol). The most important is someone who wants a home and not just a place to crash.
