One gigantic room is available, and comes furnished as standard by those stylish people at Ikea. Originally the living room, it'™s absolutely huge at c.19m2 and blessed with a lot of natural light thanks to loads of windows and its own private balcony. The room comes with a double bed, side table, table lamp, chest of drawers, triple wardrobe, desk, desk lamp, and chair. There's also a small bistro set on the balcony, so you can dine al fresco, or simply enjoy a glass of wine or two after work. The room is available from 9th July onwards for both couples and single professionals and mature(ish) students wanting to stay for 6 months plus.

There are no silly admin fees, and bills are fixed at 60 (120 for couples) pounds extra per month - which includes council tax, unlimited wifi, unlimited water, gas, electricity (plus lightning fast insurance if any problems with plumbing or electrics occur!). The deposit is one month’s rent and there is a one off charge of 21 pounds for the government deposit protection scheme - which protects your deposit, and I make no money from whatsoever.

As far as your landlord, I'm a young, friendly professional who doesn't mind if you have people over to stay, and wants you to treat the place like your home!
