The studio is the self contained 45sq. m. top floor plus its own sunny roof terrace in a quiet four floor listed Georgian terrace house overlooking a private square. There is a mini-kitchen, eating, seating and sleeping areas and en suite bathroom. It is well furnished and equipped (see accompanying photos), available for four nights a week at £740/calendar month. Close to the Angel, abundant buses, walking distance to Kings Cross, UCL, City University, Crick Institute, LSE, British Library. The house belongs to retired academics - leftist and feminist - compatible tenant - academic or professional - willing to offer very occasional help as we are elders, such as changing light bulb, lifting something heavy. Non-smoker, minimum six moths let. Appropriate references and an initial deposit of a month’s rental required.

NOTE - Monday-Friday four night a week let. No access at w/e except by agreement. You are responsible for cleaning your flat, your laundry etc.
