Room Available - Old Street/Clerkenwell

Sadly I’ll be moving out of this great flat this month and we are looking for a replacement to take my room at the end of October/Early November, ideally around the second!

The flat is located a 8 minute walk from both Old Street station and Barbican, right next to Clerkenwell. The area is amazing and is a 15 minute walk to Angel and just a short walk from Farringdon.

The flat itself is a 3 bed flat on the first floor of a large new build apartment complex, which has a concierge as well, so you can get your parcels delivered at home no problem!

The room is furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath), a bed side table and has a built in closet.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one of the other flat mates.

The kitchen and living room are open plan and very big with loads of storage, great for entertaining!
There’s also a great balcony with a great view of the Shard.

Rent doesn’t include bills or council tax but these are generally really reasonable as we only pay water and WiFi and heating is very limited even in winter!

So the other two girls living in the flat are both young professionals working full time in the city and are super friendly! They would prefer to live with another working professional girl.
