On the ground floor is a double living room with a further TV with sky. The first floor has a very nice bathroom with separate bath and shower and the first bedroom, we are looking to rent. On the top floor is the further two bedrooms. The house includes fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, two sky tv's, wireless internet(BT), garden, lovely bathroom and street parking as no one in the house uses a car.

*5 mins to Angel
*10-15 mins Old Street, Barbican and Farringdon
*20 mins St Paul's and Kings Cross

We are two professional males looking to replace our awesome housemate, who is moving in with his partner. We are very easy going, enjoy being out socialising. Working hard means we keep the house as a place to relax more than a party house. As such would suit the hard working professional who likes to come home and relax after a long day but also enjoys a few drinks out regularly
