A basement double room in a flat on a quiet Clerkenwell street. The flat is spread over two floors, with one bathroom, a kitchen with dining table, and three bedrooms. The room advertised is spacious with large windows and a double bed, with some furniture and shelving included. The house is old, but charming, and has certainly served me well in the year and half that I’ve lived here

The flat has a small garden, and is placed in a fantastic location. Despite being close to Pentonville Road, it is absolutely silent, and you will be across the road from a pub, a cornershop, a cafe, a delicatessen, a vet, two barbers, two hairdressers, and a church. It is a five minute walk to Angel station, 15 minute walk to King's Cross/St Pancras station, 20 minute walk to Farringdon station, and 25 minute walk to Euston station.

The two tenants you will be living with work in finance and law, and are friendly. They will be expecting someone who is likewise friendly and cooperative, and who will be clean and tidy.
