The house is a top quality recently refurbished Georgian house with a truly beautiful and private patio garden. It had all the modern amenities- central heating, washing machine, drier, etc. It is a three story house with 4 bedrooms and a small kitchen with a small table and bar stools which looks onto the garden and an extra large bathroom with a bathtub/shower. We keep the house extremely clean, tidy and comfortable.

You will share the house with young professionals

Location wise- we are in one of the most sought-after areas of London- for example Kings Cross is in walking distance and if you decide to get a bicycle you can easily be any where in Central London in less than 20 minutes. We are also very close to 3 tube stations (Angel, Farrigndon, and Barbican). We are also a stone's throw away from Exmouth market and Upper street-which both present the most sought after pubs and restraunts and soical hub of London. Additionally everything you need -such as post office, banks, clothes shops, supermarkets, take-aways, the gym, and the local medical centre are just a short stroll away.

The rent includes all the bills (within reasonable usage such as- water, gas, electricity etc) and wireless internet is also included.
