Lovely Double Room to rent in Exmouth Market

Two girls looking for a third flatmate, currently living in a lovely flat in buzzy Exmouth Market. The transport links are great, it's only a 10 min walk to Farringdon station, or a 15 min walk to Angel and Chancery Lane. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops right on our doorstep.

The flat itself has a large shared living area, kitchen and shared bathroom as well as a large roof terrace - all fully furnished.

The spare room is the smaller of the three rooms but comes fully furnished with a wooden wardrobe (not pictured), bed frame, mattress and room for a desk if needed. The room is north facing, roof terrace side.

Bills are not included, this will be an additional £100-130 a month.

We're looking for an easy going, tidy professional to join us. We are both usually quite busy during the week but would love to find someone who loves exploring and eating their way around London as much as we do.

We are both 27, Emily works in Financial Services and Nicola works in Advertising - we're both going into the office quite regularly at the moment.
