Beautiful flat and cozy room in Clerkenwell

Furnished double room available for rent from 18th of June in Clerkenwell!

The room is north-east facing, with views over the shared garden and mews. There is space for a WFH set-up as well (NB: the room does not come with the desk in the photographs).

The flat is on the first floor. There is one main bathroom, with a bath, separate shower, and toilet, plus an additional bathroom with a toilet. The toilets look like eggs, don’t ask us why; we don’t know. There is also a cosy open plan living space with a kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.

The flat is walking distance to king‘s cross as well as covent Garden and close to universities such as City, UCL and LSE.

There is a shared garden out the back, with access to a bike garage if required.

You will be sharing with Rachael (28) and Luis (34)! Rachael is Australian and Luis is Mexican. We are both postgraduate law students, both studying a Masters of Law. Prior to moving to London, we both were working overseas as lawyers.

When we’re not studying, we are interested in a mix of things - nights filled with wine and negroni, live music, theatre (Luis is an opera and ballet aficionado), reading books and running. Also love an art gallery trip or generally exploring everything London has to offer!

We are looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy, sociable (but not in a Tuesday-night-2am-rave kind of way), and will enjoy cooking a meal or two together/exploring London! If this is you, please get in touch! Sorry, no couples or pets (no matter how cute).
