Bright double room near exmouth market

I’m looking for a lodger, I have always had long-term lets so no short-term applicants please.

I'm a friendly and positive person, working 6 days a week in the evenings. I live here with my adult son who's 30 and works mon-friday 7-5 in the office. He's a lovely chilled young professional, and we are both really easy to get along with and hope to find someone on the same wave-length who is hoping to settle into a place longer-term.

We are both very clean and organised and would expect anyone living with us to be the same, and clean up after themselves as they go!

We have 3 bedrooms and no living room, so its bedroom only. The kitchen and bathroom are really nice sizes (pictures coming soon), and the kitchen is a lovely space to host in.

The bedroom comes with the bed, mattress, 1 chests of drawers, 1 bedside table/drawers, TV on the wall, 4 large under bed storage drawers. a large clothes rail for in the bedroom (to replace the dark chest of drawers is in the picture) and shoe storage for you in the hallway. Will update the picture asap! There's also some storage for you in the bathroom. We will also adapt the blind/curtain situation in your bedroom depending on your preference. Feel free to add what you like to make it your own :)

I am happy for you to put a desk and chair in your room if you want to be able work from home a day or two a week, but our schedules don't allow for more than this unfortunately.

Its a bright and homely flat, with big rooms and high ceilings. The rooms look bigger and lighter in person. We're in a wonderful location, minutes from Exmouth market, 15 minutes from angel, 10 minutes from both chancery lane and Farringdon station. Its ideal for anyone workings or studying locally.

We have secure bike storage.

The contract will be a lodger agreement, you will pay rent to me and rent includes all bills, council tax and cleaning supplies and toilet roll etc.

Room will be available from the 1st of March onwards -
