Furnished Double Room available in Clerkenwell

Hi everyone!

My partner and I have a large double room available on the 29th of April. It's £1300/month + bills. Located in Clerkenwell on Goswell Rd EC1V. Fantastic location with awesome transport links. 10-15 min walk to Angel, Old Street, Farringdon and Barbican stations and a direct bus to Dalston/Hackney.

You will have your own bathroom, it's not connected to the room but just across the hall. The room comes furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. It has massive windows and a large built-in wardrobe. We've been in the flat for a year and absolutely love it. It's really warm and has a really big kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and plenty of storage. The living space is also a great size.

My partner and I are both 29, working full time. We are pretty relaxed during the week, we love cooking and having friends round every now and then. We both enjoy going to gigs, going out for dinner and exploring London. I like knitting/sewing, a sneaky bit (a lot) of reality TV, and go to a social choir once a week. My partner loves music, surfing and plays dnd socially once a week.
