Hi all! I'll be leaving my room in Farringdon. It is bright, furnished and large double room that is very close to Exmouth Market, Farringdon Station and Angel! Very affordable as well at 800pcm including all bills. Room has plenty of storage and nice big windows.
I share the room with two men who are currently working (one in tech, other at a cinema) and the flat has a great banter and culture (but isn't noisy or disruptive). Any potential flatmates will be invited to meet the other two just to make sure everyone gets along :)
The area is very safe and walkable, close to transport links (Elizabeth, H&C, Metropolitan, Circle, Northern) and right beside grocery stores. You're also very close to Exmouth Market, and all the fantastic restaurants. Walking distance to Kings Cross, Old Street, Barbican, the canals, Chapel Market in Angel etc. Very close to City University, LSE, Kings, UCL, SOAS as well.
