The flat occupies the first floor of an architect-designed but certainly not award-winning building tacked away from Goswell Road. The flat feels very spacious and is well laid out. I would like to think it is furnished well. Your room is to the rear of the building and currently used as a study/guest bedroom.

I am an architect working around the corner. I am seldom at home during the weekday evenings, so we may not end up interacting lots but I am keen to find someone that I will feel comfortable sharing my home with.

I am open to short-term lets and flexibility. The room is empty now, so December start could be discussed
