Spacious double room for rent in central London

Hey I’m Keon, I’m 25 and looking for someone to share this space with. My house is on the first floor of a semi detached Victorian build and has a communal garden shared with a few neighbours.

It’s a Shared large kitchen , you’ll only be sharing with me as I occupy the other bedroom. I’m not home too much and never use the kitchen so it’s basically all yours.

The bedroom is very spacious and comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and shelving. WiFi is also included!

Looking for someone social that also enjoys their own space and alone time. The most important thing for me is cleanliness, keeping the bathroom and kitchen at a high standard as well as making an effort to clean after ourselves in general.

Everything’s included in the weekly payment, that being council tax, gas, electric, water bills ext.
