Looking for a clean, quiet female lodger for a short-term stay in a furnished double room in the heart of Islington between Upper Street and Exmouth Market. Room is available from 15th February. This is a great temporary accommodation option for someone who's visiting for work/study -- or someone who's just landed in London and needs to time to figure out longer term plans.

Your room has its own private outdoor terrace and private ensuite bathroom. This is a new-build apartment building and everything is brand new. There’s a private communal courtyard with lawns and benches for the building’s residents. The flat has its own washer-dryer. Rent includes all bills.

It takes less than ten mins to walk from our flat to Angel Tube. This area represents the best London has to offer culturally, socially, creatively, gastronomically - with tonnes of cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops all a short stroll away. City St George’s (University of London) is right on our doorstep. You can walk to St Paul's / the River Thames in under 30 minutes.

About us: We’re a British-American filmmaker couple with a smiley toddler. Our preference is for a lodger who doesn’t work from home. We are a mostly vegetarian household and prefer not to have meat or fish cooked here.
