Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room as she is leaving London -- we live in a super cosy, light-filled 2-bed flat in Clerkenwell/Angel. The flat is incredibly well connected, it is very central while also feeling very residential & neighborhoody.

- Ground floor flat in a terraced house situated on a square with a shared garden
- Two bedrooms, one bathroom
- Separate kitchen and living room (great for dinner parties)
- Gets great natural light throughout
- Access to a shared garden in the back
- Located on a quiet street, but very central
- 2 minutes from Exmouth Market (best street in London!)

- I'm a 28-year-old American who's been living in London for 6 years. I’ve been in this flat for 2 years and genuinely love it. I work in tech (in office at least 4 days a week), love to socialise, and am obsessed with London's restaurant scene & trying new restaurants.
- I am looking for a clean and nice roommate who will love living here as much as I do.
