A lovely double room available in a spacious 2-bedroom flat in Angel. The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, and you’ll be living with just one other person, so it’s a calm and comfortable home rather than a busy houseshare.

The room, shared kitchen and living room came unfurnished, but if you’d like the existing furniture I’m happy to sell it on for £500.

The flat is bright, well laid-out and easily accommodates two people, with plenty of space to relax and feel at home. We’re looking for someone who is relaxed, respectful of shared spaces, friendly, reliable and easy-going.

Location-wise it’s hard to beat:
Just around the corner from Exmouth Market with its cafés, bars and shops, 10 minutes’ walk to Angel station, 9 minutes to Farringdon and 15 minutes to King’s Cross, perfect for getting around London.

Rent does not include bills, which usually come to around £120–150 per month and cover council tax (Band B), gas & electricity, water and broadband.
